Vivian Shea
Vivian is a tax & commercial lawyer who has practised in a wide range of areas. Vivian founded Nexus Legal Consulting with the purpose to provide certainty and peace of mind and the objective to protect and enhance your wealth.
As a problem-solver, Vivian thrives with the challenge of formulating sustainable tax-effective, efficient and confidential solution that grows with the needs of local and overseas high-net-worth (HNW) clients and their businesses and guides their accounting and legal advisors. In practice, Vivian represents corporate, private businesses and HNW individuals including family offices in Singapore and prominent Australian businesses in their Australian and cross-border transactions and dispute matters.
Previously, Vivian worked for Allen & Overy (as a corporate lawyer) after working for major property developers in Sydney & Melbourne(as an in-house counsel) and a few well-respected local law practices.
Currently, Vivian is due to complete a Master of Tax and a Master of Commercial Law at the University of Melbourne with a focus on providing specialist commercial and tax advice on (re-)structuring to achieve asset protection, wealth preservation and tax efficiency including litigation support services.
